3. Consultation Services Refund Policy
3.1 Initial Consultation
- Full Refund: Cancellation received 24 or more hours before scheduled appointment
- 50% Refund: Cancellation received 12-24 hours before appointment
- No Refund: Cancellation received less than 12 hours before appointment or no-show
3.2 Extended Consultation Packages
For multi-session consultation packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded if requested within 30 days of purchase
- Refund amount calculated based on unused sessions at the per-session rate
- Administration fee of $50 may apply
4. Project-Based Services Refund Policy

6. Training Programs Refund Policy
6.1 Scheduled Training Sessions
- Full Refund: Cancellation 14+ days before scheduled date
- 50% Refund: Cancellation 7-13 days before scheduled date
- No Refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before scheduled date
6.2 Online Training Courses
- Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase AND less than 10% of course completed
- No refund after 7 days or if more than 10% of course accessed

- Third-Party Costs: Tools, licenses, or services purchased on your behalf

8. Refund Request Process

- Participate in good faith discussions to resolve concerns
10.2 Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback:
- We will provide documentation to the payment processor defending the charge
- Future services may be suspended pending resolution
- If chargeback is found in our favor, you remain liable for original charges plus chargeback fees ($25-50)
- Account may be terminated for fraudulent chargebacks
11. Special Circumstances
11.1 Force Majeure
If services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions), we will:
- Attempt to reschedule services at no additional cost
- Offer alternative service delivery methods if possible
- Provide full refund if services cannot be delivered within reasonable timeframe
